The video above is the most recent one available featuring Mark Boyle.
Irishman Mark Boyle’s initial claim to fame in 2008 is that he set out to stop using money. He successfully did so for 3 years, writing the book The Moneyless Man, which has been translated into several languages and sold a handsome sum of copies. While he now uses money, he does so sparingly, living on less than €2,000.
A half-dozen or so years ago, Boyle traded a modern lifestyle and all its attendant comforts and conveniences to live more in harmony with nature. He has quite literally stepped out of the rat race without “securing” himself with a pile of money. His book The Way Home details his experience with this shift.
I will be contacting Mark in a couple of weeks to request a handwritten interview. However, I’m curious what you would like to know. Send along your questions! I’m giving everyone until February 15th to do so.
My only request is that you take the time to watch some of the videos and read some of the articles I’m posting below before submitting questions in the Comments section. If you’ve read his books, even better.
