I've spent quite a bit of time in Argentina over the past several years, and I think your comments are spot-on. Interestingly, even before the "pandemic," there were billboards in Buenos Aires touting the advantages of digital ID. The new "anarcho capitalist" president Milei has managed to inflict a large amount of damage on the country for the good of the globalists in a relatively short period of time. Such as moving gold reserves outside of the country, welcoming Western military, slashing social programs to please the IMF, etc. If one looks at what is occurring in various countries in LATAM/South America, there is a big power struggle going on, similar to Western and Eastern Europe.

The journalism on the fines to the Ontario Amish is spotty and questionable. There would be a number of reputable sources writing on this issue if there was more to it. I think in part it's mud thrown at Trudeau, who has definitely passed his best before date. This week the Liberal government

appointed Mark Carney,( former governor of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England) as the head of an economic task force. Some see him as the heir apparent.

Always good to hear from you JM!

Thank you JM for taking the time to explain the stablecoin news and research you referred to last month and also how you move through life. Good that you keep the cash vision and attitude alive. I believe that the US has a stronger freedom spirit than we in the North Western EU (that you even can live in a state that is closer to your way of life than other states).

Most millenials and Gen-z kids (to speak of generations to keep it simple) are not using cash and use Apple-Google pay on their phones for their payments everywhere.

The Netherlands is almost fully cashless and is on track to become a tri-state. Banks have disappeared from the street view.

5G rolled out everywhere and apps are controlling the society. Its the breeding ground of the TPTB. Although I always say, where there is a strong darkside, there is also a strong light but I am afraid most people are not aware of the technocratic state they are living, supporting, paying and building for.

The Tri-State will become 1 big Smart City setup where the Netherlands, Belgium and the industrial area of Germany become connected.

Meanwhile, in other places in Europe, the South-Eastern parts you can still pay with cash and there is a delay in the 'progress' but in my view it is becoming a huge open air prison with a digital fencing system.

Here is an interesting collective, working on creating underground movements and having similar mindets like you and your community.

They have an e-book called, how to opt out of the technocratic system.

Well, I am going to follow your advice and I am focussing my energy and ideas on a similar setup with land, community, bartering and real life interactions instead of spending my life behind screens.

All the best and take care on the other side of the pond.

I'm sure you've observed, as I have, that in the US almost nobody uses cash to pay for anything. I haven't been out of the country in years, but I suspect it's true almost everywhere. As a pensioner, I use credit cards to pay for everything, just to get the 1-3% price reduction euphemistically call "cash back". I also pay them off multiple times during the month, in anticipation of a possible crash that makes all bank funds disappear. The great flaw in the whole digital finance model is that it requires a reliable and secure electrical network. Failure to maintain the infrastructure has left us with a creaky mess that is failure prone. (See California, where high winds can cause the electricity to be shut down to avoid sparks from downed lines causing fires.) All over the world nuclear power plants, which are low-emission and reliable, are being shut down. The precarious state of the economy reminds me of the TV drama "Mr. Robot" from years ago, which featured a hacker who was able to successfully destroy the digital records of all debt in the US. The Canadians should be nice to the Amish. In the future they may be the only viable source of food.
