The coordinated takedown of Joe Biden

In my previous article, Converging Crimes That Will Unravel the US Government, I mentioned a hunch I had that the Democrats were going to use the GarageGate to remove Biden from office under the 25th amendment because they know he’s a massive liability to the party. (Not to mention the country, but if that was their concern, they would’ve never installed him in the first place.) After thinking on things a bit more, I’m feel confident this is what their gunning for.
As I compared and contrasted GarageGate with the raid on Mar-a-Lago alone in front of the fire as the sun came up Friday, I went over what we know:
The only person in the country with the power to declassify documents is the sitting president (not vice-president). There is no formal process surrounding declassification. A sitting president can declassify any document at anytime. See the US Supreme Court case Department of the Navy vs. Egan (1988) in which the majority ruling cited with respect to the President:
“His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security...flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President, and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant.” (Link above: scroll to section labeled page 484 U.S. 527)
Trump’s residence, Mar-a-Lago was raided by the FBI and documents were taken from his presidency from the on-site SCIF. (Mar-a-Lago’s SCIF is well known.) Chain-of-custody existed for these documents from the White House to Mar-a-Lago during Trump’s term. The National Archives were aware of the documents Trump has/had.
Classified documents found in Biden’s possession were in a closet of his former office at the Penn Biden Center, his garage, and his Delaware residence, giving pretty much anyone access to those locations access to the documents. In fact, t is the same residence that Hunter Biden claimed he owned on a background check form in 2018, per journalist Miranda Devine. These documents were taken from government buildings while/after Biden was vice-president. Sitting vice-presidents do not have power to declassify anything. National Archives were not aware of any documents in Biden’s possession.
This is where I sense my hunch about the Democrats’ takedown of Biden is, in fact, real:
One person could save Joe from this mess:
Barack Obama.
Obama could put this to bed by saying he had declassified those documents just before leaving office and gave them to Joe. Whether giving declassified files to a sitting vice-president to take home is legal or not, I’m not certain. But it’s something a large swathe of the public would go along with and would quell the drama.
However, we haven’t heard a peep from the former President.
Is it because Democrats want Joe Biden removed from office before Republicans have a chance to impeach him? Could evidence presented in an impeachment trial implicate several other Democrats? Is this why Obama hasn’t said anything? Or is it because he realizes that doing so would likely vindicate Trump by reaffirming the lack of formality around the declassification process? Or is it both?
Regardless of why Obama remains silent on the matter, I don’t think we’ll be seeing Biden finish out his term. How he will be removed will be interesting to watch. And if I’m wrong, I’ll eat my words!

I think so too. I catch clips from CNN and MSNBC on youtube here n there, and they're openly going after Biden. No grace on their part...just a bunch of 2 faced vipers. He was never meant to be anything other than a placeholder anyway, in my view, so the move to oust him will slowly gain steam over the next year or two.
I don't think you're wrong. It's a risky move for the Democrats, as Kamala Harris has not demonstrated much in the way of presidential abilities, and if she resigns or is impeached, then Kevin McCarthy comes in. That may be why he fought so hard to get Speaker, as the word of the plan may have already spread.
