I am with you on almost all of this, except that train derailment being intentional, a bridge too far for me. I think that was largely due to profit over safety and perhaps there is something about the rail line in that area that makes it particularly susceptible to this kind of accident. OTOH, here is a snippet from an article by Charles Hugh Smith (https://www.oftwominds.com) where he talks about spectacle as a deception:

And what I found confirmed that you are probably right about this. You see, the same bad actors were involved in the 2012 train derailment in Paulsboro, New Jersey (also related to vinyl chloride like East Palestine). Profit over safety seems the true motive, and a by-product of that greed is that it coincidentally plays into the agenda I referenced above. There were plenty of lies then. Now I realize TPTB were just getting started. It's times like these I recall my oldest friend's take . . .
